There are two ways to insert a call-to-action into your signature.
The first is by sending an image URL via the Generics tab, in the signature editing screen.
Following the defined parameters, you can insert an image that will contain a hyperlink to any place you want.
The second way is using our CTA creation tool. This is the way we recommend that you create your banners in your signature.
In addition to the various CTA customization options, such as headlines, colors, etc. you can also use this feature as a way to change the CTA without your employees having to update their own signature.
Updating CTAs without employees having to update their signature
When editing a CTA using our tool, we will automatically replace the banner. This is advantageous if you don't want to change the rest of your signature fields, or if you're in a hurry to get a new CTA in circulation.
