It doesn't matter if you are registering employees individually or bulkly, each of these registered users will be invited to finish filling in their own profile fields.
If they have any changes in this information, such as job position, links to social media, telephone etc. he just needs to update his own profile and a new signature, with the appropriate links, will be generated.
